You can open the sizing table editor by clicking "Edit" on the table layout block. There are various options available, so let’s walk through each feature.
1. Table Type
There are two types of tables you can create in the app:
- Regular Table: This is the most common type you'll use.
- Cross Table: Often used for weight/height tables.
2. Unit Direction
There are 2 types of unit directions: rows and columns. The direction should be based on where you put the measurement names (i.e. waist length, chest length, weight). The unit direction allows you to set up different units for each measurement (e.g., inches for length, pounds for weight).
- Row: Use this if measurement names (e.g., waist, chest, weight) are in the first row.
- Column: Use this if the measurement names are in the first column.
3. Table Unit Conversion
Enabling the unit selector adds a unit conversion button. Depending on the direction (row or column), unit selectors will appear on the top or left of the table editor. Each column or row will have its own unit selector.
To update all the measurements in the table, click "Update All". The app automatically shows the unit conversion only when units are set.
- Unit System Toggle: You can toggle between Imperial and Metric systems.
- Unit Selection Menu: This menu covers most unit measurements from both systems. Select the appropriate unit for each measurement.
4. Table Content
The table editor behaves similarly to Excel or Google Sheets. You can navigate with ➡️, ⬆️, ⬅️ and ⬇️ keys.
- Table menu: Right-click on the table to display the table menu. From here, you can perform a series of actions like adding a new Row or Delete a column.
- Keyboard shortcuts: Use shortcuts to speed up editing.
5. Enable Country Size
Enabling the Country Size feature allows you to add a size chart specific to a particular country. This helps ensure that your customers receive accurate sizing information tailored to their location.
6. Hide Table
Toggle the "Hide Table" button to prevent the table from being displayed. This feature is useful when you create a recommender based on a table but don't want the table itself to show.
7. Header Text & Footer Text
This is where you can add additional text at the top and bottom of your size chart.
